Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Setpoint app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Subscriptions

Setpoint offers auto-renewable subscriptions with monthly and yearly options. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with subscription features or security mechanisms.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The App provides training and fitness tools for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any training program.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setpoint Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
